About the course
Self-awareness is the ability to recognise, understand and consciously evaluate your own feelings, mindset, values, strengths and weaknesses. It enables you to notice your emotional state in different situations, understand the causes of your reactions, be aware of how your behaviour affects others, and make decisions based on your own values rather than circumstances.
During the course, participants will learn to assess their abilities and limitations honestly, recognise hidden patterns of behaviour and apply these skills in communication, at work and in their personal growth.
The curriculum follows a step-by-step, sequential path of development: from noticing your own emotions and reactions and clarifying your values, to honestly assessing your strengths and weaknesses, uncovering hidden patterns in your behaviour, recognising the impact your behaviour has on others, and making conscious decisions based on self-knowledge. The course consists of 4 programme modules, with an emphasis on practical exercises (70%+ practice on average).
