About the course
Change management is the ability to plan and lead the introduction of new approaches, processes or goals in an organisation or team, and to support people in making that transition successfully. It helps you explain clearly why change is needed and what it will bring, understand and manage resistance, engage stakeholders and keep the team motivated through periods of uncertainty, ensuring that change lasts and does not remain only on paper. During the course, participants will become familiar with the key models and tools of change management (for example, Kotter’s 8-step model, ADKAR, Lewin’s model and stakeholder mapping). They will learn to shape a vision for change, build a communication plan and work with resistance, and will develop the skills to lead people through change, reinforce new habits and sustain results, both at work and in their personal lives.
