About the course

Innovative thinking is an orientation towards spotting new opportunities, being open to change and turning ideas into results of practical value: new services, methods or solutions. Unlike creative thinking, which focuses on generating ideas, innovation is directed at implementing and testing them and creating real value. It helps you not to settle for the status quo, to respond in good time to changing conditions and to drive improvements forward with purpose. During the course, participants will learn about the main stages and tools of the innovation process (for example, design thinking, prototyping, MVP and rapid experiments), learn to assess the feasibility and risks of ideas, overcome resistance to change, and develop the skills of initiative and introducing new solutions, in both work and everyday situations.
